Performance Management is the foundation of performance excellence.  The process includes setting clear and specific performance objectives for employees and providing periodic feedback about the employee’s performance relative to those objectives.

Key points to be covered in the presentation: 

• Linking performance management to business goals
• How to develop specific, measurable objectives
• Involving employees in the process
• Measuring results and how they are achieved against objectives

A resource list and other tools will be provided.

Bio:

Charlotte is President of the Advantage Resource Group, Inc.  She has developed performance evaluation systems for organizations and conducted training for employees and managers on the use of the system.  Additional services provided by the Advantage Resource Group, Inc. include human resource consulting, management/leadership training and coaching.  Charlotte is certified to provide the Myers Briggs assessment and workshops for managers and teams.
